Good job cousin Tyler!

Today we went to cousin Tyler's graduation from Simla. We are so proud of him...he is headed to West Point next month...we sure are going to miss him.

Refining my palate

I just got done trying something (well attempting to try something) called rice cereal.


I'm not sure yet if I liked it or not, but it sure was fun!


Mom is a rookie when it comes to trying to feed me this stuff!


Maybe tomorrow night we'll try some in my bottle!

Sunny days are here!

Mom and Dad had a bunch of yard work to do today, so I dressed for the occasion and went out with them for a little while.


My monsters are so glad sunny days are here too!


When it was time for me to go in, Mom heard me fussing on the baby monitor, so she decided I could go back out for a little while longer...she got my hat back on and got me bundled back up and ran to the other room for a minute...when she came back I was asleep. Apparently all I needed was my floppy hat...I seem to love it (notice i have the brim clenched in my fist)!

Hmmm...they call this thing a Bumbo...I think I'm going to like it!

Mom says I'm getting to be so big...and that I must be going through a "cute spurt"...she says that's like a growth spurt where I get even cuter!

I am a really happy girl and all smiles most of time. I'll even let out a little giggle every once in awhile...maybe I'll cooperate for the camera and let Mom get video of it for all of you to see!

I love toys!

Over the past several weeks I have really started to take interest in some of my toys! I love to stretch out on a blanket and kick and squirm while Mom and Dad play toys with me. Lacy loves my toys too...we have to watch her you know!



My bugs and butterfly friends on my car seat were my first toys that I was introduced to when I was only about a month old. They go everywhere with me and are for sure some of my favorites, I think I could stare at them for hours! Here I am this morning, with my purse, all ready to go to breakfast and shopping with the girls! Mom, Aunt Katie, Suz and I went to Mimi's for breakfast and then went bridesmaid and wedding dress shopping for Aunt Katie's wedding. I was a really good girl! I think I must like shopping...Dad says with this group I better get used to it!

My monsters

We lovingly refer to my puppies as my monsters. My monsters absolutely adore me and I absolutely love them back!

Lucy is my protector, always by my side watching over me. From the second I came home from the hospital Lucy's been taking care of me. When I had to go to the doctor the day after I came home, Grandma said that my Lucy sat by the window and whined.


Lacy wasn't so sure of me at first...in fact my first few days she would run and hide when I cried. Obvisouly it didn't take her long to get over that! Lacy loves to lick me all over and I think it's pretty fun when she does! She's also a major bop thief...she's always snatching it away from me when Mom isn't looking.


I'm so glad I have them to love and take care of me!
