InstaFriday

It's Friday...yay!
Here's a look at our week via Instagram pics.

On Saturday we went to the city to shop.
It was the day before St. Patty's Day so the Little's sported their green.
T's face in this picture cracks me up.

Monday after work I got to go visit new Baby Ryder and his Mom and Dad.
I took them this welcome home basket, complete with muffins that the Little Lady and I made, coffee and cran energy drinks for Mom and Dad and a new outfit for Baby Ryder.
Even with having a five month old, I had still forgot how itty bitty newborns are!  Baby Ryder is pretty sweet.

I suck at dieting...that's all I have to say about that.

John Wayne and I have gotten back into a work out routine {finally}.
The other night, he wasn't feeling well and so we decided to bust out the Wii Fit for a light workout.
There was a little dust on the it...
{In our defense, it hasn't been 1,513 days since we last worked out...just since we last used the Wii Fit!}

One of my co-workers is a new Grandma, so I made her these fun burp cloths for Baby Draden.
I have a long list of babies on the way that I need to get busy sewing for!

March Madness...LOVE it.
Love it even more when our Rams are playing!

Here's to an awesome weekend!
I have a whole lotta college hoops watching planned!

InstaFriday

It's Friday!
It's been awhile since I've done an InstaFriday post, and while I don't have a ton of pics from this week, in fact, they're all from last weekend, I thought I'd share.

Last Saturday morning, I woke up with intentions to clean house.
I decided to scrap those and enjoy my day.

The Little Lady has been begging me to "play make-up"...so that we did.
Then we did mani/pedis.

Saturday night it was snowing and blowing, but we bundled up and headed to Gaga and Papa's house for some stew.

Sunday, we spent another lazy day at home because of the weather {the roads were closed from the blowing snow the night before}.

The Little Lady and I made muffins to put in the freezer for our friends that just had a new baby, while the Little Buckaroo enjoyed some quality napping with his pal Sophie.

You all know that I'm a neat freak and function best with a spotless house, but I'm coming to realization that these days go by all too fast and that all too soon I'll have plenty of time to clean my house, so I'm just trying to soak it up and enjoy it while they're little!

Eat It Baby Gugger

As I mentioned a few days ago, GW is all of the sudden all about food...drooling over our food.
So in my book, that means it's baby food time.

"Mama, this looks intriguing..."

"OK, let's do this all ready!"

"I'm not so sure about this..."

"I'm really not sure about this..."

"WHY DOES SHE HAVE THE SPOON?!?!"

So, the first time didn't go so well.
Chalk part of this up to parenting fail on my part.
Why did I give his 3-year-old big sister the spoon.
She proceeded to jam it into his mouth, gagging him, all while screaming "eat it Baby Gugger, eat it."
Yes, parenting fail.

We'll try again soon...when sis is at Gaga's or something.

Ten on Ten {{March 2013}}

Or Seven on Eleven...you know.

I don't know about you, but yesterday {and today} required extra coffee.

The Little Buckaroo loves to squirm around on the floor.  He can travel pretty far just scooting and squirming.

I finally found something that I liked to hold {some of} my necklaces.

The Little Lady got this mermaid nightgown for her birthday and has probably spent five out of the last seven days in it...yes I said days, not just nights.

A peak at the Little Buckaroo's new room...

GW turned 5-months-old yesterday...photo shoot!

The Little Lady is "trying" to grow some hair...pigtails!

Hope your 10th {and 11th} was happy!
Here's to a more timely and complete set next month!

The Little Buckaroo {{Five-Months-Old}}

Five-months-old...it's going so fast!

Our Little Buckaroo continues to be a happy and healthy baby boy.

He rolls over quite a bit and even though he can roll both ways, usually when he rolls from his back to his tummy, instead of rolling back over he gets mad.
Or tries to crawl!
Gaga and I have been working on convincing him that he doesn't need to do that anytime too soon though.

He's still just taking bottles, but we're going to try some baby food today.
On pizza night at Gaga and Papa's this week, the little guy was practically drooling over the pizza.
If it was up to him {and if he had teeth} he'd probably just skip the baby food and go straight to the good stuff!

He's found his voice and has quite the squeal.
He and his sister are already competing to be the loudest.

Mama just has one wish...that he'll keep those sweet baby blues : )

Partying with friends!

A party's not a party without good friends!

Our good friends the Knutson's came down from Sterling for the party.  Kaleb is 5 weeks younger than the Little Lady.  Tressie loves Kaleb and refers to him as "my boy KK" {atleast for a few more years!}
Our good friends the Maranville's also came.  Tressie absolutely adores "her girls" Charley and Riley.  {And they are so good to her!}

You can't have a party without Aunt Katie!

Like I said...adores her...good sport : )

The little princesses eating cake.

After the birthday festivities, it was time to get outside and play!

Having fun with Papa's goats.
I think Tressie and Kaleb would have stayed out there and "fed" the goats all day.

The Little Lady finally got to drive her car outside!!!
Check out her outfit...her mermaid princess dress from the coolest little bro in the world {Gunner knew just what she'd like!} and her new ABs from Mama and Daddy.

And the Little Buckaroo was just content to hang out, be held and try to stick his foot in his mouth, all day!

And just because I'm ready to be done blogging about the birthday and I want to share these two pics somewhere...

It's my birthday!

At 2AM the morning of Tressie's birthday {party prep requires brutal hours!} I decorated the Little Lady's doorway for when she woke up.

She loved it!  {Even though she looks less than enthusiastic in this picture!}

She had a present to open.
Her "Hip Hip Hooray, it's my Birthday" t-shirt.

Here's the birthday girl all ready to head to Gaga and Papa's house so that Mama and Gaga can get things ready for the big mermaid party.

The Little Lady was happy to assist Gaga in making the cakes for her party!

That afternoon, Aunt Katie got there...and brought a present to open!

A birthday's not a birthday without a cake, so since the big party was the day after her birthday, Gaga made her a little cake for after dinner that night.

She got embarrassed when we sang Happy Birthday to her.

It's good to be three!
