The Little Buckaroo {{6-months-old}}

Six-months-old!!!
Half a year!!!
Really...?!?!

It really seems like it was just last week when we were in the hospital with our brand new baby boy.

Our Little Buckaroo is getting big.
I'm thankful that we have a healthy {big} baby boy, but he's growing too fast!

We go visit Dr. Hoover next week for his check-up, so we'll get official stats then.
{We're taking big sister for her 3-year check-up too...so, pray for us!}

We tried baby food out and he wasn't a huge fan -- gagging and making horrible faces.
Last night at dinner, I gave him some of Gaga's delicious mashed potatoes and he didn't even like those and those have to be WAY better than rice cereal and sweet potatoes.
Oh well, all in good time.

No teeth yet, even though he's ALWAYS chewing on something.
His favorite "chew toy" being his big toe.
He does like his bop, mostly just after he finishes a bottle.
And occasionally, he will suck his thumb.

He continues to be a rock star in the sleeping department.
Although, recently he's become a fan of a 3AM snack.
We'll chalk this up to a growth spurt.
But this is hard on a Mama who has been back to full nights of sleep since eight weeks.  {I know...Kelly and any of you other Mamas who are up every two hours, just told me to bite you : )}

The interaction between him and his big sis grows daily.
They are so fun to watch.
He thinks she is the bee's knees.

So here are a few shots of our Little Buckaroo on his big half birthday!

I would never TELL you to bite me, but I would certainly think it hahahaha I remember Carter had a growth spurt at 6 months but he was a horrible sleeper too so it didn't really disrupt our schedule very much. I'll sleep someday...right?!
