Well, it went great and I think everyone had a really good time!

It was held at the Pueblo Convention Center and Marriott. After drinks/appetizers, awards, and a great prime rib meal, it was time for casino night!
John Wayne was very excited about casino night!
One day this week we were driving to work and I said something about casino night and John Wayne perked up, with a glimmer in his eyes and said, "casino night?!?!" Apparently he had not caught on until just then that we were having casino night at the Christmas party. I work with an awesome group of people and we actually spend a lot of time outside of work with these people, our friends...but, casino night made John Wayne's wife's Christmas party even more appealing!
We had great prizes: a flat screen TV, a Wii bundle, a Nook, a iPod Touch, a Garmen GPS and a Canon camera. We didn't come home with any of the fantastic prizes, but we still had a great time!
After the party, John Wayne and I headed up to our room, a suite on the top floor of the Marriott (a perk of planning the Christmas party...no, I did not book myself this room...the gal I worked with at the Marriott treated me to it!) and enjoyed the NFR and a night of uninterrupted sleep!
Great start to the Christmas season!
